After graduating from the University of Florida with a BA, Amanda moved to Richmond, KY, to live with her only grandparent Granny Connie. It was then that the seed of real estate was planted. Granny Connie was the managing broker/owner of Prudential Don Foster Realtors and showed Amanda first-hand the value of community involvement in the real estate business. Still waiting tables, Amanda took the leap and got her real estate license. While she learned from the best, her optimism and dedication are what set her apart immediately, and after selling 12 houses in one year, it was apparent that this was just the beginning.
Being in real estate for 18 years, Amanda has multiple awards and a head-spinning number of 5-star reviews.
