Developed in 2003, Quail West is full of original homes and new builds. Each home has a brick or stone exterior and some have walk-out basements. The minimum restrictions (for Phase 1) require at least 1500 square feet, no chain link fencing, a minimum two-car garage, in-ground pools only, and any additional buildings on the property need to match the exterior of the home. The HOA dues for this neighborhood are $125/year and cover the cost of the streetlights and maintaining the entrance sign.

The sales prices range from $280k-$470k. Homes in Quail West have KU Electric, Delta Natural Gas, Madison County Water, septic systems, and some have Spectrum Internet.
