Developed in 2007, there are 15 lots in the Estates at Grey Oaks. The smallest lot in this neighborhood is .75 acres and the largest, (which is still available for building!) is 2.3 acres. Because you are located right in the heart of Richmond, you get city sewer, gas, water and KU Electric. When the Estates at Grey Oaks was originally developed, the restrictions were pretty large. They adjusted the restrictions in 2017 to be more affordable for our area. For example, the minimum finished square footage requirement was originally 3,000 sq. ft. for a ranch home. It is now 2,200 square feet.
