To us she is an agent on our team, but her family has been in the pool business for over 35 years. You have probably heard of the company Aurora Pools & Spas they are the biggest most popular pool company in Central Kentucky. Cortney tells us what we need to look for if we are buying a home with a pool. Here are some good steps! 1. See if the seller has any records of routine maintenance or up keep 2. Look and the pump and filter and see if it looks like they have been well maintained 3. Take a look at the skimmer baskets, see if they are cleaned out and things are flowing smoothly 4.
