On this Episode of the MARCUMsold Show we have one of our favorite home inspectors, Tim Fifield with Affordable Home Inspections. Today we are going to get some of the most detailed questions answered that you have always wondered about a home inspections. And find the answers to questions, like why it's so important for a buyer to have a home inspections. Also Tim tells us exactly what a home inspection entails and what components of a home he looks at, for example some of the items he inspects are crawl spaces, attics, plumbing, and electrical. With all these items he photographs them to share with the buyer so they can see it also the photos will be included in his report. One thing that buyers need to be aware of is that a home inspector is not licensed in every career. So we test components, identify issues and them point you in the right direction if a items needs further attention. A home inspection gives you a really good general over view of the home and a very detailed report. Then as a buyer you have to determine what is important to you.
