Hi, we are back today with an awesome episode of The #MARCUMsold Show! Today, I'm sharing my top 3 tips for getting your kitchen ready when it's time to sell your home. These tips are sure to get you top dollar on the sale of your home!

1.  If your kitchen needs updating, either focus on your appliances OR your countertops. One or the other. Buyers are turned off when they think they would need to update both themselves. Save the sale by updating one of them for them.

2. Clear off all of the countertops. A bare looking kitchen is what buyers want to see!

3. Make sure that your oven is clean on the top and the inside. Buyers are going to inspect it and if they see that it looks dingy or dirty, they'll get a bad impression of the house.

Kitchens and baths are what sell houses, so it's so important that you get them ready before you list your home!
