The #MARCUMsold Show: Episode 19, Getting your pool showing ready!

We are here with your next episode of The #MARCUMsold Show. Today we are helping sellers get their pool showing ready. We have our pool expert Cortney Farmer with us again today. Her family owns Aurora Pools and Spas, one of the most successful pool companies in central Kentucky. She has a couple tips for sellers with pools that can help the home selling process go as smooth as possible. 1. Have a disclosure about the pool with any new purchases and the age of items such as the liner, pump, filter etc. 2. Have the dimensions of your pool as well. 2. Make sure for showings the pool is ready and sparkling. If you don't have time for that consider hiring a pool company that can come out and do a routine weekly maintenance for you.
