The #MARCUMsold Show: Episode 15, 2019 March Statistics for Madison County Real Estate

Welcome to the next episode of The #MARCUMsold Show. Today we are talking about the statistics for sold properties in Madison County for March 2019. The first quarter for the MARCUMsold Team was great and really strong, however for the statistics for Madison County we were actually down 16% in March. The average days on the market for March of 2019 has increased but it is still very strong, at around 77 days. There were 99 residential homes sold with the average sales price at $190,000. Lets compare it to March of 2018, homes were on the market for an average of 57 days. A total of 129 homes sold and the average sales price was $185,000. We do feel like the weather played a part in the decrease of listings sold. At the moment we have buyers just waiting for homes to go on the market to find exactly what they are looking for. If you have any thoughts on selling I can almost guarantee there is a buyer for your home! We feel very positive about the market and lots of good things happening in the market. It is just a great time to be a buyer or seller. As for a buyers we still have interest rates that are at a 10 year low. Give us a call, we would love to earn your trust!
