All year I have been on a hunt for a perfect Brined Turkey. After a few test turkeys I finally got my aromatics for the Brine...3 Bay leaves, 20 Peppercorns, 2 Lemon peel gratings, 2 orange peel gratings, 1 cup of Kosher salt, and water to cover the turkey. It soaks in the refrigerator for 2 days. It makes the most flavorful and juicy turkey! - Monica Marcum
Eggnog is my most favorite Christmas food. I can’t bring myself to drink it at any other time of the year. But for a solid month to get into the spirit of Christmas my Dad, daughter and I drink the heck out of it. - Kelli Hunt
I absolutely love making Christmas treats with my boys. One of our family favorites is Christmas peanut butter balls. They are super simple and delicious. Want to try the out? In large bowl add, 2 sticks of softened butter, 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 16 ounces powdered sugar, 7 ounces (half a box) of graham cracker crumbs. Mix well and roll into balls. Then dip into chocolate candy coating. Let them harden and enjoy!! - Brooks Jackson
My favorite Christmas tradition is making candy with my mom-fudge, peanut butter balls and hard cinnamon candy are my favorites! - Cortney Farmer
Whole roasted beef tenderloin. - Jacob Grant
I love sweet potato casserole. Why? Because of the marshmallows! I actually add more marshmallows to them as I eat them. - Daphne Jewell
