🏡Today's Random Real Estate 2️⃣cents Tuesday - Peoples perception of houses are at many times different! A sense of comfort when a person walks into a home helps with whether or not they can see themselves living there. Comfort can come from many things, for some people it can be the smell of lemon 🍋 and lavender or from a certain paint color. Some of these things can not be felt from just seeing a picture online. So getting out and viewing potential homes is important even if the online pictures might not be drawing you in. Most people have a first gut reaction and it makes all the difference. If the house is even remotely a possibility get out and check it out in person!
